BRUNEL UNIVERSITY FUNDRAISING BUNGEE EVENT

RAG stand for "Raising and Giving" which simply means raising money and then giving the money raised to charity. RAG is not only raising money within the university, it incorporates the general public, bringing together the students and the rest of the community for a good cause.

RAG is a long, time honoured tradition in almost all universities around the Country and Brunel is no different! RAG has been running for years and has raised valuable money for different charities all over the world.

RAG means different things to different people, and here is what it means to some:

  • Being part of a team
  • Doing something fun or slightly nuts to raise cash
  • Motivating a group of hungover volunteers to stand outside in the freezing rain or snow, blazing hot sunshine, etc...
  • Making people laugh as they find you dressed like a fairy, bear, bride, or variations of "nutcase"
  • Making the impossible possible and miracles happen

Brunel University currently raise money for the following charities (Click URL Link Logos to read more about Charities)
