Plymouth RAG

For the first time ever, Plymouth RAG is holding a bungee jump – and where better for it than right in front of Oceana? We’ll be holding the 160-foot jump (think two Davy buildings) in the Barbican Leisure Park from 10am on Saturday 11th February and signing up costs just £60 in sponsorship – although there will be a prize for the person who raises the most, so don’t stop there! Everyone is welcome, including non-students.

While some of the money you raise will go towards paying for the event, the vast majority will be donated straight to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, http://www.guidedogs.org.uk/index.php?id=21 which does amazing work enabling blind and partially-sighted people to enjoy freedom of movement and independence.

You can pay us whenever you like between now and the event, and book the time you’d like to jump when you pay. It’s first come, first served, so the sooner you book the better! Any additional sponsorship you raise can be paid in advance or on the day.

Email ragplymouth@su.plymouth.ac.uk with your info, or come along to one of our meetings. Friend us on Facebook at “RAG Plymouth” to find out more!

RAG Plymouth this year is working hard to raise money for eight main local and national charities. We’re also running our first Jailbreak this year as well as our traditional pizza-eating contests, SU raids and Children in Need shenanigans. To sign up for RAG, send us an email – it’s that simple!
