Extreme Sensations Ltd is the supplier of all experiences that appear on this website.
When buying (or booking using a voucher from Extreme Sensations Ltd or an external provider) an experience from Extreme Sensations Ltd, you are legally bound by these terms and conditions. Continuing with a booking implies that you understand this; please do not proceed, to book or buy an experience or complete a booking until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

The prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. Prices of experiences may vary throughout the year and are subject to change where necessary. Should an order be placed or a booking made for any experience which is showing an accidentally incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within 7 days of the purchase being made. At this point, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional difference in price. Vouchers and purchases from external voucher providers may vary and for this reason, Extreme Sensations Ltd is not responsible for purchases or the prices displayed on external websites and other gift experience companies.

Because of the nature of our experiences, almost all are weather dependent. Because of the unpredictability of the weather, any purchaser must be aware that some events do have to be cancelled, especially in the event of high winds and thunderstorms, which are our main concerns. We appreciate that he cancellation of an event can be a huge inconvenience for participants but clearly the safety of our jumpers and crew is paramount and the decision to proceed is entirely the choice of the Extreme Sensations staff or those in charge of the event. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled by the Extreme Sensations Ltd at no extra charge to you for a later date but no refunds are available. Extreme Sensations can give no guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to adverse weather conditions. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you contact us before you depart for your experience. Weather conditions on the day can change quickly and events can still be cancelled after the event has started should this change result in the experience being deemed unsafe. Non-attendance by a purchaser or booked participant on a day that operates in spite of bad weather forecasts will not be result in a refund or free re-booking. If cancellation occurs, Extreme Sensations Ltd are strictly not liable for losses including but not limited to the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs. A mobile phone number you will have with you on the day is essential for contact to warn of any cancellation as soon as possible. If your bungee jump is cancelled due to inclement weather we will endeavour to reschedule it as soon as possible.

All experiences are offered subject to the availability of dates, cranes, facilities and crew. To prevent disappointment, bookings should be made as far in advance as possible especially during peak times. In the event of a short notice booking being required, Extreme Sensations recommend that you call to check availability before completing the transaction. To prevent the likelihood of wasted travel or accommodation costs in connection with the course or experience, Extreme Sensations Ltd suggest you make no such bookings until you have received your confirmation with a date and time on it from the Extreme Sensations Ltd. Where specific elements of the experience such as cranes are not available due to mechanical breakdown, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If no acceptable alternative is available, we reserve the right to cancel the experience at short notice.

Duration and Time of Jump
The time of your experience should be taken as a guide only. There is no guarantee that you will complete your experience at the exact time given on your booking confirmation due to possible external conditions beyond the control of Extreme Sensations Ltd. Please allow plenty of time on site; a minimum of 3 hours is recommended. Any duration of an experience mentioned on our website, marketing material or by a member of our crew is approximate and cannot be guaranteed. The duration may vary slightly from venue to venue. If taking part with a group, waiting times will vary.

Descriptions & Images
All descriptions on our website and in our marketing material are correct as far as possible at the time of going to press; descriptions may be updated throughout the year as required. The images used in all promotional literature to illustrate courses experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, should be looked upon as an indication only. Extreme Sensations Ltd are not responsible for the descriptions and images of external websites and gift experience companies.

We ask you to leave plenty of time to get to the venue. Registration, safety briefing and certain amount of preparation are all mandatory and anyone who does not arrive in time to undertake these elements will not be allowed to participate in any part of the experience. No alcohol or drugs can be consumed before any of the experiences and any persons suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be allowed to participate; in this event, the decision of the crew is final and no refunds or rebooking opportunities will be given. All experiences require the wearing of safety equipment such as harnesses; for the safety of all participants this is mandatory and there will be no exceptions made. Other safety precautions will be advised in your confirmation details and Extreme Sensations Ltd advise that all participants read these carefully before attendance. Each venue employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience or offer alternative tuition if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public. Refunds and Cancellations
Extreme Sensations Ltd will refund booked experiences & vouchers bought direct from Extreme Sensations Ltd within 7 days of purchase minus a £10 administration. After 7 days no refund will be available. No refunds are available when gift vouchers have been bought from external providers and a booking using them/it has been made. In addition, voucher validity will be lost for rebookings. If it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule a booking after the 7 days period has elapsed, a £25 per person rebooking fee will apply. Where cancellation cover has been purchased the date of your event may be changed once free of charge, this change being communicated to Extreme Sensations Ltd before the start time of your event. For participants failing to turn up to an event, no rescheduled bookings will be available, no refunds will be given and voucher validity will be lost.

Cancellation Cover
Cancellation cover must be paid for separately. This can be done through the website or requested from our Customer Care Team on +44(0)1325 374539 and must be purchased at the time of booking. This cover will allow one cancellation. If purchased this from Segway Events the rebooked activity must be within the voucher’s validity period. Once purchased this policy is nonrefundable and does not fall within the 7 day conditions. The covers is for the participant taking part in the event and not the gift voucher. If no Cancellation Cover is taken, any changes made after 7 days of booking will incur a £25 per person rebooking fee. Please see above cancellation procedures for full details as no changes, cancellations, rebookings or exchanges will be accepted.

Cancelled Events
Sometimes Extreme Sensations Ltd will cancel experiences for reasons including, but not limited to, the weather or mechanical breakdown, or because other requirements are not met such as a minimum group of people. In these circumstances, Extreme Sensations Ltd is unable to reimburse out of pocket expense such as, but not limited to, travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience. A location and experience may be terminated without warning during the lifetime of vouchers and bookings and on these occasions an equivalent or alternative location or experience will be offered. If this is not suitable, credit will be offered but no cash refunds will be made. Rescheduling is not always possible and in these circumstances, Extreme Sensations Ltd will decide the outcome on a case by case basis.

Booking Confirmations
Extreme Sensations Ltd booking confirmations can be delivered by email to the email address entered by the person making the booking. To avoid email confirmations being designated as unwanted or ‘spam’ email, please add our email address info@extremesensationsbungee.co.uk to your address book. Extreme Sensations Ltd is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an email voucher being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If the recipient does not receive the email voucher, please contact us immediately with a request to send vouchers to an alternative email address.

Gift Vouchers – Validity & Extensions
Each voucher has a unique code, which must be quoted when dealing with Extreme Sensations Ltd. It will be used to identify your booking and proof of purchase. Vouchers and the associated references must be kept safely and securely and presented to Extreme Sensations Ltd on the day of your experience. Anyone arriving at a venue with no valid voucher will not be allowed to take part. Expired vouchers will result in the participant being unable to take part, so please check your expiry date before setting off for your venue. If spaces are available and you cannot produce a valid voucher on the day of your experience you may still be able to take part on full payment for the cost of the jump being made. This payment will be refunded on receipt by Extreme Sensations Ltd of a valid voucher in the post with a completed deposit refund form within 28 days of your jump date. Extreme Sensations Ltd will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud. A voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date unless accompanied by written prior agreement from Extreme Sensations Ltd or an external provider (the validity date is clearly stated on the voucher). If it is not possible for the participant to book and complete an experience before the expiry date on the voucher, Extreme Sensations Ltd will extend the voucher for 6 months upon payment of an administration fee of £10 per person. Customers are required to return a Voucher Extension Form and the original gift voucher by post to Extreme Sensations Ltd. The £10 administration fee must be paid prior to receiving a Voucher Extension Form. Vouchers can only be extended if they are still within the expiry date when received by Extreme Sensations Ltd and can only be extended once. Where a gift voucher has been purchased by a third party the above terms and conditions will apply, and once extended the voucher will become nonrefundable. All gift vouchers purchased directly from Extreme Sensations Ltd are non-refundable after 7days of purchase (see terms and conditions ‘Refunds and Cancellations’ above). Extreme Sensations Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers? any gift voucher lost or stolen will not be replaced.

Voucher Bookings
Individual or Small Group Bookings: All vouchers must be booked in online at http://extremesensationsbungee.co.uk/. Failure to do so will result in refusal to allow participation.Extreme Sensations Ltd are not liable for any costs incurred the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions are not followed. Bookings are not finalised until you have received written confirmation from Extreme Sensations Ltd, either by email or letter. Corporate Bookings, Group Bookings: these are treated as above, unless a separate contract is in place.

The very nature of some of the activities that we promote means that they are dangerous. Prior to ordering or participating in any experience you should be aware of the risks involved and completing a booking implies that you are aware of the risks. Extreme Sensations Ltd can provide further information if there is any doubt about any experience and its suitability for the planned participants. A valid public liability insurance is held by Extreme Sensations Ltd and this is always available to view on site and can be viewed by participants on application to a member of the crew.

Discount Codes
Discount codes are issued subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice at any time. Extreme Sensations Ltd reserves the right to stop discount codes being used against specific products and this will be strictly and their discretion. Only one discount code can be used per order and will apply to internet orders only.

Partner Venues & Liability
Extreme Sensations Ltd work in partnership with selected venues and locations to host events; these high quality and experienced external venues and locations have been carefully chosen by Extreme Sensations Ltd who nevertheless shall not be responsible for the actions and quality of external companies and venues, including but not limited to any loss or damage suffered by you whilst you are attending one of our experiences at any external venues and locations. By participating in an experience with you acknowledge and agree that certain factors are beyond the control of Extreme Sensations Ltd and agree that neither Extreme Sensations Ltd nor any associated Partner Centre shall be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any experience for reasons beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to the following: weather-related reasons; mechanical failure or otherwise. In the event of mechanical machinery break down, reasonable substitutions will be made without notice. The total liability of Extreme Sensations Ltd for any claim whatsoever in connection with the course or experience voucher or any course or experience shall be limited to the price paid for the voucher or booking.

Late Arrivals
Every participant has a scheduled jump time which will be adhered to as closely as possible. We will endeavour to put late arrivals through the experience but this will be subject to conditions on the day and may not be possible. Extreme Sensations Ltd therefore respectfully request that all participants make every effort to arrive on time.

Personal Belongings
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they are in possession of their personal belongings following their experience. Extreme Sensations Ltd accepts and has no liability to compensate or offer replacements for items lost at one of our experiences.

Most locations will allow spectators to accompany participants in their selected experience. It is important to check whether the specific venue allows this when booking; please check our website for details. Spectators are required to comply with the partner location’s terms, conditions and expectations of conduct which may vary. Any spectators deemed under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on site; the decision of staff on the day whether to allow admission to any individual is final and no refunds will be given.

All merchandise is offered at an additional charge and subject to the availability of equipment facilities and crew and there can be no guarantee that merchandise will be available on the day of your experience. Prices of merchandise may vary throughout the year. Where specific elements are not available, Extreme Sensations Ltd reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day or to cancel the availability or range of merchandise at short notice. By participating in an experience you acknowledge that certain factors are beyond the control of Extreme Sensations Ltd and agree that neither Extreme Sensations Ltd nor any associated Partner shall be liable should certain equipment associated with merchandise such as cameras not be working at the time of your experience. Merchandise items can be returned any of them to us for an exchange or refund within fourteen days of purchase if they are found to be of a lower quality than is reasonable. We make no charge for returns. Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging. All returns must have a completed returns form. Customers are responsible for paying any postal charges that may apply when returning goods, except in the case of faulty goods. Extreme Sensations Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost in the post and it is therefore recommended that all goods are returned via recorded delivery or other tracked method.

Certain experiences are subject to minimum age, health or other requirements and these are not negotiable. These details are listed on our website and below, as well as on the booking confirmation and at registration. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check that the restrictions are met. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds are available if you are forced to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Details of restrictions and requirements are below. Please read them carefully.

If you are not in good health you should NOT participate. If you have any of the following conditions you should seek medical advice before participating. If you suffer from any of the below but have been given a doctors certificate to say you can safely take part, you will be requested to sign a non-standard waiver.

  • Pre-existing damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
  • Asthma
  • Pregnancy
  • Alcohol – If you appear intoxicated you cannot jump
  • Medication please inform us if you are taking any form of medication

  • For all experiences, 11-15 year olds require a parent or guardian’s permission and signature
  • Over 50s are required to have a doctors certificate to comply with our insurance regulations
  • Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn
  • If wearing boots please be prepared to remove them
  • Maximum weight limit for a solo jumper is 120kg (18.9 stone)
  • Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches)
